Lane discipline, reading the road markings early and staying calm in slow, stop-start traffic are exactly the habits this stretch drills into you.
The A409 (Pinner Road into Station Road) and the A404 through Harrow are the borough’s main arteries, meeting near the Northwick Park roundabout — multi-lane, quicker-moving traffic where choosing your lane and exit well ahead matters. Head south and Northolt Road through South Harrow adds a busy, parked-up shopping high street. Between them they cover most of what a Harrow test throws at you.
