King Street is a busy, bus-heavy high street with parked deliveries, side turnings and pedestrians. Once you can hold your lane and your nerve here, the ordinary high street is easy.

Brackenbury Village

The quiet Victorian grid off Ravenscourt Park is calm, low-speed and leafy: the right place for the very first lessons, the manoeuvres and building confidence before the main roads. (Hammersmith Bridge has been closed to cars since 2019, so lessons work around it.)
