We want everyone to be able to find out about lessons and book them, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement says how well our website does that, what we know still falls short, and how to reach us another way.

This website is run by West London Driving School. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:
We checked the public pages against WCAG 2.2 in July 2026 and have re-checked them since; automated accessibility tests now run on every change we make. Text and button colours pass the contrast requirements, buttons are large enough to tap, images have text alternatives, and our forms (booking, contact, intensive courses, franchise and the quiz) have labelled fields.
We know some things are not yet as good as they should be:
You never have to use the website to learn with us. If any part of it is difficult, tell us and we will help you book, pay or get information another way: by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in a format that suits you (for example large print).
We aim to reply within two working days. If you have a disability or condition that affects your lessons, tell us when you book (there is a box for anything we should know) and your instructor will talk through how to adapt them.
If you find a page or feature you cannot use, please tell us what you were trying to do and which device or assistive technology you were using. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them.
This statement was prepared in October 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year, and whenever we change the site significantly.
