Essential cookies: required for the website and booking system to work, and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Functional cookies: remember choices you make to give you a better experience.
Analytics cookies: where enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are popular and how visitors navigate the site, so we can improve it. These are set only after you accept non-essential cookies. If you have not yet chosen, or you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and Google receives nothing from this site.
Advertising & marketing cookies: where enabled, the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) pixel and Google Ads help us measure and improve our advertising. Google Ads is told when a booking is made, along with its reference and value, so we can see which adverts actually work; it is never sent your name, email address or phone number. These are also set only after you accept non-essential cookies, and never if you decline; if you decline, neither Google Ads nor the Meta pixel is loaded at all.
Session recordings: where enabled, Microsoft Clarity records anonymised mouse movements, clicks and scrolling on our information pages so we can find confusing steps. It is only loaded after you accept non-essential cookies, and never on the booking, checkout, contact, complaints or franchise pages or the dashboards.
Security: Google reCAPTCHA checks that bookings and forms come from a real browser. It is needed to keep the service secure, so it runs whether or not you accept other cookies.
