We take all complaints seriously and treat them as an opportunity to put things right and improve our service. Every complaint is handled fairly, confidentially, and without any negative impact on your lessons.
Step 1 — Speak to your instructor. Many issues can be resolved quickly and informally by raising them directly with your allocated instructor.
