West London Driving School ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
We collect information directly from you when you enquire or book, during your lessons, and through our website, phone, email, WhatsApp or social media channels.

Your data is stored securely, with access limited to authorised staff and instructors, and protected by reasonable technical and organisational measures. We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations (for example, financial records are typically retained for six years), after which it is securely deleted.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

West London Driving School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our learners, with particular care for under-18s and vulnerable adults. Everyone has the right to learn in a safe, respectful environment.
Your instructor is your first point of contact. If you have a safeguarding concern — including about an instructor — please contact the school office immediately on 07507 594 824 or info@westlondondrivingschool.com.
In an emergency, if a child or vulnerable adult is at immediate risk of harm, always call the police on 999 first.
We want every learner to have a great experience. If something falls short, please tell us — we take all feedback seriously and will do our best to put it right.
Speak to your instructor first where possible — many issues are resolved quickly and informally.

We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and give a full response within 14 working days.
Complaints about a driving test or examiner should be directed to the DVSA. Concerns about your personal data can be raised with the ICO.
